. Here are our vacation rentals. Lakefront homes all feature private docks, all are available weekly and some allow weekend rental.  A weekend: Arrive Friday sleep Friday night Saturday night, leave Sunday morning.
All are completely furnished except for bed linens, which you bring (some units now furnish linens, be sure to check), as well as paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper( bring your own), etc.) Nearly all have washer/dryers, most have dishwashers and other conveniences like DirecTV, VCRs, DVD, microwaves, etc. Some are PET FRIENDLY: All pet friendlys will be $50.00 non refunded fee per pet, limit 2 pets.  We reserve right to reject animals because of breed, species, aggressive nature, excessive hair dogs, etc.  Also, bring trashbags...no local trash pickup...the cleaners are not equipped to haul trashbags to the dumpsters.  You MUST take your own trash to nearby County dumpsters, which are located throughout the area. CHECK IN /CHECKOUT: Check in 3pm, Check out 10:30am. Please arrive and leave as scheduled unless other arrangements have been made. If you arrive early please do not disturb the cleaners.  WIFI: Some houses have included WIFI. If it is not noted that WIFI is avaliable, it does not offer WIFI.  To provide your own WIFI,  You may want to pre-arrange tethering your smartphone, but be aware that service in our county is spotty at best. If you find your phone doesn't work here, sometimes rebooting will reset to a local tower, or another solution is to purchase a cheap phone at a local discount store.NEW!!! The Town of Clarksville has free WIFI! The service area runs from 2nd St at the motels and up to College St near the Fine Arts Center and Library. You can use it for 2 hours a day by accessing "Clarksville WiFi". Service is provided by MicroSoft Data Center.
NOTE: All vacation rentals of less thnn 30 day stays are subject to a County Transient Occupancy tax which is  5%, as well as the usual Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3%.
